		<description>Hello, I have struggled with this over many years.  Although i have the ability to put on muscle,  I can never really get super lean.  I know now this is due to a not so great diet and the hunger related to hard workouts.  I really believe the key is metabolism.  If you cut calories either by dieting or heavy cardio, metabolism will suffer if the caloric deficit falls below a your BMR.  This is why crash dieting or too much cardio can have limited effects, leads to muscle canabalism and fat storage.  I firmly believe good clean calories on all days and slightly raised calories on workout days spread throughout the days is the best ways to lose fat while not slowing your metabolism down the point of the body storing fat in the following meals.  IMHO and experience..</description>
